Magical Beacon Cocktail – Created in celebration of the 50th Anniversary is this concoction of Empress 1908 Gin, Bols Blue Curacao, Minute Maid premium lemonade, Orgeat (almond), lemon, hibiscus grenadine and a souvenir glow cube. Skipper Canteen, guests can experience 'World Famous Jungle Cuisine' in one of several unique dining rooms - including a crew mess hall and a once-hidden secret meeting room of the famed Society of Explorers and Adventurers. Gold Rush – Elijah Craig Bourbon, lemon juice, and honey, garnished with crystalized ginger. Liberty Tree Tavern and Diamond Horseshoe cocktails Golden Haze Margarita - Teremana Blanco Tequila, Grand Marnier, agave syrup, lime juice, and smoked chili bitters. Jungle Bird Cocktail – Gosling Black Rum, Campari, and cane syrup blended with pineapple and lime juices. The park’s beverage team has come up with cocktails appropriately themed to each restaurant’s unique ambiance, from the adventuresome Jungle Skipper Canteen to the Colonial and Wild West eras represented in Liberty Tree Tavern and Diamond Horseshoe.
